Shipping in the Netherlands

Free – Orders within the Netherlands (Brievenbuspakje Track & Trace)

Regular mail (no track and trace)

US, Canada, and Turkey

€ 3.00 – less than 100 grams of shipping weight
FREE regular mail for orders over €55

We will do everything in our power to get all your packages safely to
your doorstep but please note that when choosing Regular mail
(without a tracking number) we will have no information about the
location of your package. This means you are not entitled to a refund
or reshipping in any case.

Parcel with tracking

Within Europe, we ship with DHL.

US, Canada, and Turkey are shipped with PostNL tracked.

€9,95 – European mainland.
€16.95 – Turkey, United States, Canada.

Important: please make sure you give us the exact right address including building nr. and/or name as well as apartment numbers, door codes etc.. otherwise we will receive a message from the courier and we will have to contact you. This takes a lot of time and may cause delays up to several days it helps if you provide a correct Telephone number.

Discrete packing
All packages are discretely packed without company and/or brandnames, only your name and address and a return address on the outside of the package.

Shipping outside The Netherlands

We use courier services for the shipment of our products.
Orders made before 16:00 on business days are shipped the same day (after we have
received payment). The following delivery times are merely indicative and therefore no
rights can be derived from it.
3-6 business days: Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland,
Norway
4-6 business days: Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia
4-7 business days: Greece, Romania, Bulgaria
9-11 business days: US, Canada, turkey
Please check if your order is complete and undamaged directly after delivery. If this is
not the case we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

It is not possible for us to always be fully informed of the (changing) rules regarding our
products abroad. Full responsibility for the purchase of these products, therefore, lies with
the customer. Before ordering our products from abroad, the customer must ensure that
the goods can be legally imported into the country to which the order must be sent.
